Remove gluten from kidney beans and wash them

Chop the green onions into mince, dice the pork, separate the fat and lean ones

Heat the oil in a hot pan, add the fat and stir-fry over medium heat for a while

Fry out the oil from the fat meat, then add the lean meat and fry it so that the fat meat will not taste greasy
