Remove the stems and tendons from the green beans, wash and cut into small pieces.

Finely chop the chilies and garlic.

Cut ham into cubes.

Cooked corn kernels, set aside.

Beat the eggs.

Set aside rice for later use.

Heat the pan, add oil, pour in egg liquid, stir-fry a few times and mash, then add chili, garlic, green beans, ham sausage and corn kernels and stir-fry for a while.

Continue to pour in the remaining rice and stir-fry for two minutes, then season with salt and light soy sauce.
