Cut one-third of the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Pour the coconut milk into a pot, add sugar and bring to a boil. Add in the soaked gelatin slices.

After the coconut milk has cooled, pour it into the papaya, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator

After 4 hours of solidification, dip the knife surface in water and cut into discs.
