Cold water spinach
Overview
I remember that water spinach was eaten cold in the summer. In the morning, my mother would go to the vegetable garden to pick fresh water spinach. She would fish the water spinach and put it in a big basket before going to work in the fields. Then she would mix the seasonings in a big bowl and put it there. During lunch, I would cook some rice myself, and then take the water spinach prepared by my mother and mix it.

Cut the water spinach and rinse it

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and bring to a boil

Add water spinach and bring to a boil

Add appropriate amount of oil

Drain water spinach and set aside

Place the scooped water spinach on a plate and add appropriate amount of oyster sauce

After the pot is hot, add appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant
