Stir-fried loofah with tomatoes and shrimp skin

This year’s loofah harvest doesn’t seem to be as good as last year’s. My mother-in-law gave me these two loofahs in the morning. Although they’re not much, it’s enough for me to eat by myself, hehe

  1. Prepare main ingredients

  2. Peel and cut the loofah into sections, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add dried shrimps and stir-fry

  4. Add the loofah segments and stir-fry

  5. Add tomatoes and stir-fry

  6. Add a little salt, sugar and stir-fry evenly, take it out of the pan after 1 minute

  7. Set the plate, hehe
