Prepare materials

Pour butter and icing sugar into a bowl

Beat with a whisk

Pour in almond flour and mix well

Add lemon zest and mix well

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour

Take it out and roll it into 0.5CM thick slices
