Cut off the nails of the chicken feet and wash them together with the roots of the chicken wings.

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and other condiments.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken feet and stir-fry for a while, then add a small amount of dark soy sauce.

Add soybean paste, onion, ginger and garlic and continue to stir-fry.

Add water to cover the chicken feet, add salt and a small amount of sugar to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat until the soup is slightly reduced.
