Prepare the raw materials, select plump purple-skinned garlic and fragrant rice vinegar. Soak purple garlic in water for ten minutes to facilitate peeling

Peel the garlic and wash it with water

Cut off the base of garlic to help absorb acetic acid during pickling

Place the washed garlic on kitchen paper and remove the water

Place the garlic in a dry glassware and add the rice vinegar

Fill the glassware with rice vinegar to cover the garlic. Seal the container and place it in a ventilated place on the balcony
