Wolfberry lettuce
Overview
Modern research shows that wolfberry has the effects of lowering blood sugar, anti-fatty liver, and anti-atherosclerosis. Lettuce can improve the body's blood sugar metabolism function: the carbohydrate content in lettuce is relatively low, while the content of inorganic salts and vitamins is relatively high, especially nicotinic acid. Niacin is an activator of insulin. People with diabetes often eat lettuce, which can improve sugar metabolism.
