What we served today was a super refreshing and flavorful cold dish - tomato mixed with yuba. It's sour and appetizing, and rich in nutrients. It's very suitable for cooks who don't want to turn on the stove on hot days like now!

Soak the dried yuba in cold water for several hours (you can also soak it overnight, just after getting up in the morning) until it is completely soft until there is no hard core.

Remove and drain the water, cut into small pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into strips.

Cut the shallots into sections and shred the garlic.

Heat oil in a wok until it smokes heavily. Use a spatula to scoop up the oil while it is still hot. Pour it over the onions and garlic to bring out the aroma!

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add light soy sauce.

Add white vinegar.

Pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil and peppercorn oil.
