Complementary food for 6 months and above: Shrimp and carrot puree
Overview
Complementary food can be added to babies over six months old. Basically, they start with adding high-iron rice cereal. Everyone basically knows this, because children around six months old have a relatively high demand for iron, and ordinary food cannot meet the demand, so we have to choose commercially available high-iron rice noodles instead of the kind of rice noodles that we grind ourselves. Many mothers also have a misunderstanding that they should start adding vegetables first, but this is actually wrong. There is no order in adding complementary foods. Give priority to foods with red meat. Because red meat contains relatively high iron and has a relatively high absorption rate. Secondly, some mothers think that shrimp is very allergic, so they dare not give it to their children. This is also wrong. Delaying the introduction of allergic foods does not reduce the probability of allergies, so add what should be added.
