This is an upgraded version of baked sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes and yogurt are both good foods for weight loss and are rich in nutrients. This dessert is cold on the outside and hot on the inside, sweet and sour, melts in your mouth, and is very simple to make. Try it!

Wash the sweet potatoes and place them on oil paper on a baking sheet.

Bake for 45 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender and ready. You can eat it now, just the roasted sweet potatoes outside.
