The northern tofu is cut into diamond shapes and hollowed out

Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, minced green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine and starch to the minced meat. Stir evenly and set aside

Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, salt and appropriate amount of water to make a juice

Stuff the minced meat into the tofu and fill it

Heat the pot. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to heat and then add tofu and fry (fry the meaty side first)

After frying, flip over and fry the other side

Pour in the prepared sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer

After cooking, take out the pot and turn the plate
