I like to eat at Village Base, not because the food there is so delicious, but because I really like the tomato and egg drop soup there. I drink two bowls every time, but I feel like I don’t have enough. When I went back later, the taste and appearance were not as good as before...

  1. Wash the tomatoes with salt water, cut the top with a cross knife, put it in boiling water and cook for a while, then remove it. When it's not hot to your hands, remove the tomato skins. Dice tomatoes and set aside. There are 6 tomatoes in the photo, I only used half. Beat the eggs, mix the starch and flour, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly.

  2. Heat the oil pan, pour a little oil, when the oil temperature is 5, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry. Meanwhile, break up the diced tomatoes. Then add some sugar and stir-fry together.

  3. After dicing tomatoes, add water and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the flour, starch and water, stir, and add the egg liquid (one hand holds the strainer, and the other holds the egg liquid. Let the egg liquid flow through the strainer and into the pot, so that you have broken egg flowers). Stir, add salt and sesame oil and serve.
