Wash all the ingredients

Chives, ham and chili minced

Take a small amount of flour and beat in two eggs

Add water and stir to make a paste

Pour all the vegetables into the batter, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well

The stirred batter should be enough that the flour can’t stick to the chopsticks, and the fried cake should be thinner

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, keep the heat low, then use a spoon to scoop a spoonful into the pot, and then turn the pot to let the dough flow around, making it bigger and puffier
