Chicken gravy with radish
Overview
A very simple and delicious dish. Autumn is the season for eating radishes. The radish itself is rich in nutrients. When paired with chicken soup, it is simple, light and nutritious.

Wash and peel the radish.

Cut into pieces of about 5mm.

Put boiling water in a pot, add radish and blanch it to remove the radish smell.

Pour cooked chicken oil into the wok and fry the radish. This step will allow the radish to absorb the chicken soup better.

Place the fried radishes on a plate and arrange.

Pour in 200g chicken broth. If the chicken soup has salt in this step, you don’t need to add any salt. Otherwise add a little salt.

Put a few wolfberries in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
