Steps
-
Prepare a boiling pot, fill it with water, put the washed pig ears into the pot and blanch the water, uncover the lid, boil until a lot of foam forms, then pour out the water, use tweezers to clean the hair on the pig ears, and clean the inside of the ears thoroughly
-
At the same time, prepare the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, seasonings and ingredients
-
Here’s a close-up of one of the treated pig ears. I didn’t expect it to have a pierced ear, ha!
-
Put the cleaned pig ears into the pressure cooker
-
Close the lid and pay attention to safety
-
Wait quietly for the pressure cooker to breathe, and set the alarm for 20 minutes. You can do something else while waiting
-
When the alarm clock rings, turn off the heat and don't rush to open the lid. If you know how to use a pressure cooker, I won't go into details here. After the gas is completely released, you can open the lid, then carefully turn the pig ears over and let the other side soak in the marinade for a while

Cut into thin slices and you’re done!
