Cut Longli fish fillets into slices and marinate with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and starch for 10 to 15 minutes

Add cold water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour in the marinated fish fillets and cook

While the water is boiling, shred the ginger and green onion and chop the green pepper

Place chopped green onions on the bottom of the plate

Pick up the cooked fish fillets and put them on a plate. Spread the sliced ginger, green onion and green pepper on top of the fish fillets

Pour out the water from the pot. Add oil to a hot pan, heat the oil until you can see a slight smoke coming out, pour the oil on the green peppers, and then pour the steamed fish soy sauce.
