The Kezhi you buy comes in rolls, so take out one roll.

First cut into long strips as shown

Then cut into small diamond-shaped slices for easy frying.

Run it through cold water before frying, so it won't stick and the texture will be meaty.

Wash the garlic and cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil, add appropriate amount of five-spice powder and garlic.

Stir fry.

Fry the garlic until cooked and add crunch.

Stir-fry twice more, do not take too long, add salt and stir-fry again.

Remove from the pan.
