Steamed Tofu with Pickled Pepper Minced Pork

I originally wanted to share this dish with you tomorrow, but this really surprised my taste. When tofu meets pickled peppers and pork, the taste is no longer so bland. I hope it will appear on your dining table tomorrow.

Prepare a box of lactone tofu

Make pickled peppers: Chop the red peppers, add salt, a little sugar and wine and marinate for 1 hour

Lean pork cut into pieces

Invert the lactone tofu directly onto the plate and cut it into small pieces horizontally and vertically with a knife

Put a little oil in the pot, add pickled pepper and stir-fry

Add the minced pork and stir-fry, season with light soy sauce and chicken essence, then pour the fried minced pork with pickled peppers on the tofu, put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam for about 10 minutes

After steaming, sprinkle with scallions

Pour oil into the pot, add peppercorns to the cold oil. After the oil is heated, take out the peppercorns and pour the oil on top of the vegetables
