Remove the internal organs and teeth from the octopus and wash it clean.

Cut into large pieces and drain.

Cut green garlic into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add octopus and stir-fry for 1 or 2 minutes. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add green garlic and red pepper, stir-fry until green garlic becomes soft and serve.
