Fried chicken legs
Overview
This is a three-yellow chicken, weighing more than 4 pounds. It is a gift from my brother, and it is a home-raised native chicken. For such a big chicken, gourmets will not only appreciate one taste, so they eat it part by part, starting with two chicken thighs, which is just right for two people. Deep frying is not healthy, so use the air fryer! Just a little bit of oil, mixed with various seasonings, marinated for more than 4 hours, the flavor is infused, and it is really fragrant when made, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, with a deep-fried texture!

Prepare all the seasonings

Take a small bowl and add all the seasonings and chopped onion, ginger and garlic and mix well

Wash chicken legs

Double-sided bevel cutter

Pour in the mixed sauce and marinate for 2-4 hours

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes
