Overview
Originally it was similar to the recipe of sesame sesame cakes, but after making them into small balls of fruit, I changed the name. It is particularly suitable for roasted fruit. Hehe, this can be described in three words. It is crispy and fragrant. However, remember to fry the sesame seeds first to make them more fragrant or bake them in the oven for two minutes

Prepare the required materials

Pour the oily flour on the chopping board, make a hollow flour wall, add sugar, oil and water and mix well

Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes

After the dough is relaxed, divide it into 20 small pieces of dough. Wrap the dough in the pastry with the mouth facing down. Roll it out, then roll it up, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes

Roll it out again, spray some water with a watering can, dip it in sesame seeds, and put it on the baking sheet

Bake in the preheated oven (the second to last layer, as shown in the picture), with the upper heat at 180 degrees and the lower heat at 150 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes
