First put the instant noodles into the pot and cook for two or three minutes, then rinse with cold water two or three times, drain the water, and put it in a bowl for later use

While the noodles are cooking, you can beat the eggs and add a little salt and pepper

Cut the mushrooms and pickled peppers into small cubes and set aside

Chop tomatoes and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot, and when the oil is cooked, fry the eggs

Pull the eggs to the side, add pickled peppers and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry (you can put the eggs directly into the bowl, if you don’t want to bother, just pull them to the side)

Add the prepared tomatoes, stir-fry a few times and then add the eggs,

Add a little water and a little salt to taste. (There should be some corn starch in the water added, but I don’t have it at home.)

After seasoning, add noodles, stir-fry evenly and serve
