Preparation materials: 125g all-purpose flour, 50g sugar, 25g whole egg liquid, 55g butter softened in advance.

Put the butter into a water-free and oil-free basin, add the sugar and mix well with a rubber spatula.

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Add the egg liquid a little at a time to the whipped butter and mix evenly.

Add all-purpose flour and milk powder and mix evenly with a spatula.

Knead into dough.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm, and use a bear mold to press it into a bear biscuit shape. Do everything in turn.

Transfer the cookie dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place a baking sheet in the middle, adjust to 180 degrees and bake for about fifteen minutes.
