  1. Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii braised in soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, green onion and ginger

  3. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into evenly sized hob pieces, about 5cm in diameter.

  5. Heat the pot and add appropriate amount of peanut oil. Place the king oyster mushrooms in the frying pan.

  7. Add onion, ginger and appropriate amount of rock sugar and stir-fry.

  10. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
