Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces.

Put milk, sugar and starch in an enameled cast iron pot and stir well.

Heat slowly over low heat, stirring gently with a spatula.

The milk paste will slowly thicken. Heat until the milk paste bubbles and turn off the heat.

Place a layer of plastic wrap in a bowl, scoop in some of the milk paste, and add strawberry dices.

Then scoop in the remaining milk paste, put the strawberry slices on it, wrap it in plastic wrap, press it neatly, and put it in the refrigerator to cool down.

After cooling and solidifying, cut into pieces and sprinkle with a layer of coconut powder. (Both milk powder and shredded coconut will work).
