Wild Vegetable Wowotou
Overview
A month ago, my neighbor gave me two steamed buns, which were very delicious when I ate them. The strong smell of cornmeal immediately aroused my desire to make steamed buns. I bought cornmeal and soybean flour, took out the wild vegetables picked in spring from the refrigerator, and the raw materials were almost ready. In less than an hour, delicious and healthy wild vegetable steamed buns were ready.

Add soybean noodles.
-
Add wild vegetables and green onions.
-
Mix well.
-
Take an appropriate amount and shape it into a round shape with your hands.
-
Poke a hole with your thumb and use both hands to shape the dough into a circle. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Pour boiling water into the pot and steam for 15 minutes. Take it out and let it cool before eating. After the wowotou is slightly cool, taste it carefully. It is delicious.
