Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash it, put it into a pot of boiling water, and turn off the heat after about a minute.

Remove and drain the water

Add soy sauce, dried shrimps and sesame oil respectively

Stir well and serve. The mushrooms I added were cooked separately.

Served with shrimp and seaweed porridge, it is a good breakfast choice
