Steamed Vermicelli with Garlic Shrimp and Oysters

Shrimp and oysters are my favorite ingredients, and paired with the strong garlic aroma, it is really invincible.

Fans soaked.

After washing the shrimps, add salt and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

After washing the oysters, add cooking wine, salt and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

Other ingredients are prepared as shown in the picture.

Place the vermicelli at the bottom, then lay out the enoki mushrooms.

Steam in cold water for 4/5 minutes and hot water for 2/3 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: half the garlic, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a small amount of cooking wine, and a small amount of oyster sauce. If you have lemons, add a few drops of lemon juice.

Arrange the oysters and shrimps, pour the sauce evenly, and pour as much garlic as possible on top of the oysters and shrimps. Steam for 3 minutes.

Heat a pan with more oil, add all the other ingredients and sauté until fragrant, then pour evenly on top.

Because I couldn’t finish it by myself, I processed it again the next day. Add a little water to soak the vermicelli until soft, marinate the oysters and shrimp according to the above method, and put them on top. Steam with hot water for 3-5 minutes. I can have another meal.
