Soak white fungus in hair, wash and set aside.

Wash lotus seeds and adzuki beans and set aside.

Pick small florets of white fungus and lotus seeds, and add red beans to the rice cooker. Add water (the amount of water can be added according to your preference. If you like it thicker, add less water, if you like it thinner, add more water)

Cover and use porridge cooker for 20 minutes.

Remove impurities from fresh lilies, break them apart and wash them thoroughly.

Wash the jujube and set aside.

After simmering the white fungus and lotus seeds once, add lily, jujube, and rock sugar.
