Steamed gluten-stuffed pork in rice cooker

Home-made meals are stuffed with oil and gluten; cook the rice and steam the oil and gluten again, you can do both!

50g of shiitake mushrooms, foam them with hot water. Be sure to soak them for enough time. After they are fully foamed, chop them into pieces as much as possible

Make a hole in the top of 30 pieces of gluten with your little finger, then poke it inside and hollow it out.

Wash the minced meat and set aside;

Chop all onions, ginger, and garlic.

Stir together the minced meat, minced mushrooms, green onions, ginger and garlic. At the same time, add cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and soy sauce and mix thoroughly.

Stuff the prepared fillings into the gluten one by one.

Finished product; put directly into a lunch box or on a plate and steam on the steamer of the rice cooker. Or steam it in a special steamer, which takes about 40 minutes.

Steam the oily gluten, add some soy sauce and sprinkle it on.
