First cut the tofu into pieces, the size you like. I do it three times horizontally and three times vertically and blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add bean paste and water and bring to a boil

Just put the boiled tofu together and add some water to boil

Sprinkle some chopped green onion or coriander to make it perfect
