Steps
-
Prepare corn and mushrooms for later use. I basically don’t use MSG or chicken essence, so I use mushrooms to add umami flavor.
-
Slice the carrots and then cut them into chrysanthemum shapes. I don’t have a mold and can only use a knife to cut them into similar shapes. It would be best to have a chrysanthemum mold, it saves trouble and looks good.
-
Put the fresh stick bones you bought into a pot, add water and boil them to remove the blood, then rinse them with clean water.
-
Put the cleaned bones into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of boiling water.
-
Cut the corn into segments
-
Put the corn into the pot, add ginger slices and a spoonful of cooking wine, cover with a lid and cook for fifteen minutes.
-
Transfer bones from pressure cooker to clay pot
-
Put the carrots and mushrooms prepared previously into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and cook for ten minutes.
-
Sweet corn bones are ready to be cooked
