Garlic Beef Ribs
Overview
In the past, it was easy to burn the garlic cloves in any dish that fried meat and garlic. This garlic cowboy ribs uses unpeeled garlic cloves as another main ingredient. The garlic skin not only ensures the aroma of garlic but also protects the taste of the garlic cloves. The cowboy ribs can add a new flavor after being re-cooked.

Cut beef ribs into cubes.

Add dark soy sauce ginger slices and spices to the pot and simmer for about 45 minutes.

After simmering, turn off the heat and set aside the broth.

Dice the onion and flatten the garlic without peeling.

Add oil to the pan and lightly fry the garlic cloves.

Add beef ribs, onions and chives and fry together.

Add a little of the broth used to cook the meat, sprinkle with cumin, black pepper and salt.

Continue frying until the surface of the garlic-crispy beef ribs is slightly charred and ready to serve.

Plate and sprinkle with coriander.
