Toon scrambled eggs

Overview

Toon has a special fragrance and is delicious when used to scramble eggs or mixed with tofu.

Wash and drain the Chinese toon.
Chop the toon.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
Pour the egg liquid into the chopped toon.
Add salt and mix thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the Chinese toon and egg liquid and stir-fry over low heat.
Fry slowly until cooked. If it is too dry, pour a little cold water along the edge of the pot.
