Prepare the ingredients: soak the mushrooms, ginger, and chicken breasts in advance.

Shred the mushrooms, cut some shredded ginger, shred the chicken breast, add shredded ginger, soy sauce, pepper, sugar and corn starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
