Cute bear bread
Overview
I once saw a picture of this little bear bread on the Internet and thought it was quite cute, so I made a few copies and the children liked it very much. Because it is for children, a lot of milk powder is added. This amount can make 7 little bears.

Steps
-
Put the water and eggs into the Dongling bread machine, add sugar, salt, and milk powder.
-
Add bread flour.
-
Add the softened butter cut into small pieces and add the yeast on top of the flour. Place the bread bucket into the bread machine.
-
Start the dough kneading program, knead for 10 minutes, stop for 10 minutes, and knead again for 15 minutes.
-
After taking out the dough, roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 20 minutes.
-
Divide the dough into 7 30g and 18g pieces.
-
After rounding, place them on the baking sheet, one large and one small next to each other, then put them in the Dongling K30A oven, select the fermentation function, and ferment for 50 minutes.
-
While waiting for fermentation, make other parts of the bear, making 42 small pieces of dough of about 2-3 grams.
-
Take out the fermented bread dough and preheat the oven to 165 degrees for upper heat and 170 degrees for lower heat.
-
Arrange the small pieces of dough to make the bear's ears, hands and feet.
-
Place on the lower shelf of the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
-
In the last few minutes, check the coloring and cover with tin foil.
-
After the bread is done, take it out to cool and use melted dark chocolate to draw eyes and nose.
