Pearl meatballs
Overview
I don’t know why this dish is called Pearl Meatballs, but it looks so attractive that I’ve wanted to try it for a long time but haven’t taken any action. Today, I still have a lot of minced meat left over from making Hakka Yong Tau Foo, and I also have glutinous rice at home, so I’m tempted to take action.
