Tomato Pasta Sauce

This is a very versatile sauce that can be mixed with pasta, pizza, and even Chinese noodles.

Select ripe tomatoes, remove the roots, and make a cross cut on the top of the tomatoes.

Boil a small pot of hot water, put the tomatoes in for 10 seconds, and take them out quickly.

The skins of blanched tomatoes come off easily.

Cut the skinless tomatoes into cubes.

Add olive oil (salad oil is also acceptable) and butter in a wok in a ratio of 1:1, add garlic cloves and saute until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and stir-fry, and add black pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in diced tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat.

When the soup is slightly thickened, turn to medium-low heat, season, and add sugar, salt, pizza spices, and basil. Stir continuously until the soup thickens.
