Peach bread ring
Overview
There was no breakfast at home, so I started making bread again today. This time I used freshly made peach jam, which tasted very sweet. This bread is also relatively simple to make and is not troublesome at all.

Add all the ingredients except peach jam and whole egg liquid into the inner barrel of the bread machine in sequence,

Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 25 minutes, then let it rise at room temperature for 30 minutes,

Knead and deflate the risen dough, divide it into 4 parts, roll into balls, and rest for 5 minutes,

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a rectangular shape,

Spread peach jam on the top half, and cut the bottom half into small strips with a spatula,

Roll up,

Pinch both ends tightly,

After everything is done, place it on a non-stick baking pan,

After the second rise for 20 minutes, brush the surface of the bread dough with egg wash,

Put into the preheated oven, middle rack, 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for 15 minutes,

Toast the bread and place it on the grill to cool.
