Spicy fried duck gizzards
Overview
Gizzards are one of my favorite delicacies. Every year, my mother will pickle some salty goods and mail them to me. It is full of memories and full of love.

pieces of Mom’s brand salted duck gizzards.

Slice duck gizzards and shred green and red peppers and set aside.

Preheat oil in a pot, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add duck gizzards and stir-fry.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oil, stir-fry for 2 minutes, and simmer for 1 minute.

Add green and red pepper and fry for 2 minutes.

Just take it out of the pan and it will be delicious.
