Overview
I have had an oven for a long time and rarely make cookies. I went out with my friends some time ago and made some cookies to make my kids happy. It was my first time making them, but I didn’t expect that they turned out quite like the original ones

Butter softened at room temperature

First use a hand mixer to beat the softened butter evenly, then add powdered sugar and salt and beat evenly

Add the egg yolk liquid in small amounts in small portions, beating each time until completely combined before adding the second time

Sift in low-gluten flour

Use a rubber spatula to roughly mix all the ingredients

Use your hands to knead all the ingredients into a dough and set aside

Place the dough on the cutting board, knead it into a long strip, and divide it into 18 equal parts with a rubber scraper. Knead into balls with both hands

Place the balls on the baking sheet, leaving some space in the middle, and flatten the balls with a Western fork. Embossed pattern

Preheat the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 170 degrees, bake the middle rack for 15 minutes, then move to the upper rack, bake at 160 degrees for 2 minutes
