Prepare a piece of tofu, Laoganma hot sauce, ginger, garlic and green onions.

Blanch the tofu and take it out.

Dice onion, ginger, and garlic and saute until fragrant, then add Laoganma hot sauce.

Add water to boil and add tofu.
