Lemon Spicy Cabbage
Overview
If you have nothing to do, you can make spicy cabbage by yourself. The pickles are perfect as a side dish.

Break the Chinese cabbage into individual pieces and wash with salt.

Prepare spicy cabbage seasoning and Korean hot sauce.

Peel the apple, kiwi, pear, watermelon, and 2 lemon slices, and cut them all into small pieces.

Add the cut fruits to the sugar and crush in a blender.

Mix the spicy cabbage seasoning and Korean chili sauce, find a large sealed box, put a piece of cabbage and spread a layer of the mixed chili sauce on it until it's all gone.

Pour the puree on top of the cabbage.

Slice the remaining lemon into thin slices and place on top, cover and refrigerate for at least 7 days.

The lemon spicy cabbage is marinated. When you want to eat it, take out two slices and cut it into small pieces.
