  1. Clean the small yellow croaker, add ginger, green onions, cooking wine, a small amount of pepper, a few drops of white vinegar, an appropriate amount of salt, stir and marinate for more than half an hour!

  2. Mix 1:1 cornstarch and flour, appropriate amount of water, a small amount of salt and thirteen spices, and a tablespoon of practical oil and stir evenly!

  3. The batter should be thick enough to hang on the surface of the croaker!

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add croaker coated in batter over 50% heat!

  5. Fry until lightly browned, remove and drain! When the oil temperature rises, fry again until golden brown, remove and control the oil.

  6. According to personal preference, you can eat it plain or sprinkle with salt, pepper, chili powder, etc.

  7. I gave it to my kids, sprinkled with salt and pepper, it was delicious!
