Mushroom braised pork rice
Overview

Prepare the ingredients and soak the dried mushrooms the next night

Cut the meat into 5 mm cubes, boil the eggs and remove the shells and set aside, and cut the mushrooms into small pieces

Add ginger slices and pork belly to the pot

Stir-fry until slightly yellow, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar and stir-fry evenly

Add eggs and mushrooms

Stir well and add 300ml hot water

Cook on medium-low heat for fifteen minutes

Bring a small amount of soup to a boil over high heat and add water starch to thicken

Stir fry evenly, remove from pan and serve on a plate
