Purple potato cheese balls
Overview
It’s a pretty good snack. It has the healthiness of whole grains, the rich flavor of cheese, and the crunchy aroma of sesame seeds. It’s simply delicious. The filling can actually be changed at will. I also baked a few bean paste ones, which taste even better. Pair it with a cup of hot milk or soy milk, and it’s a very delicious and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the purple sweet potatoes and steam them until they are pierced (just enough to pierce them with chopsticks)
-
Peel and cut into small pieces,
-
Use a spoon to press it into puree,
-
Add the glutinous rice flour, white sugar, and water. (The amount of water should be adjusted accordingly. It may not be all the water, and it may not be enough. According to the actual situation, add water if it is dry, and add noodles if it is thin.)
-
and form a group,
-
Divide into equal amounts of small doses,
-
Cut the softened cream cheese into small pieces,
-
Wrap the cream cheese with the dough (it’s best to use your hands directly. I only wore gloves to take pictures with my phone. You can better judge the dryness and wetness of the dough directly with your hands, so it doesn’t stick to your hands)
-
Evenly wrap the wrapped purple potato balls in the cooked sesame seeds,
-
Place it on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper (because it won’t stick, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t spread it. I’m just used to it.) Put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10 minutes. (The black ones are wrapped with black sesame seeds, which are obviously not as good-looking as the white ones.)
-
Gently break it open, and the fragrant cheese filling is right in front of you,
