Overview
I went to the supermarket the day before yesterday and saw that water chestnuts were very fresh, so I bought some. Today I was wondering what to eat and saw them, so I packed up all the vegetables left in the refrigerator at home and prepared a vegetarian stir-fry.

Wash the water chestnuts and set aside.
