Fried egg rice with black pepper and mushrooms
Overview
There was a lot of rice left over yesterday, so I used it to make black pepper, mushroom and egg fried rice today. Convenient and delicious.

Soak the mushrooms and prepare the ingredients

Shred the mushrooms, dice the black pepper sausage, and beat the eggs

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the eggs and fry until fragrant. Put in a bowl and set aside

Add the mushrooms and saute until fragrant, then add the black pepper sausage and rice. Stir fry for 6 minutes, then add the seasonings at the end.
